please print our order form and mail
it
along with your check, money order (payable to Chickory Wood Products)
or
credit card number. Please be sure to include the shipping and
handling charges. Wisconsin residents please add 5.56% sales
tax.
Please allow 1
week
for delivery. You may also call us (262-242-4410) with your order and
credit card number (Visa or Mastercard only),
to speed up the process. This is the phone number of our other
company (The Kranitz Corporation) - don't let it throw you, just ask
for John. If you call and leave a message for us, please let me
know what time zone you're in so I don't call too early in the morning.
I use UPS, so
I
can offer either 2nd day air or next day air delivery. The cost
for
this is higher though. 2nd day air starts at $17.00, while
next
day air starts at $27.00.
If you contact
me
with email, I will answer within a day or two. If you don't get a
return
email, please call me as the filters might have caught your email.
Shipping and Handling
For standard UPS ground, we charge $7.00 for the first toy, and $2.00
per
toy after that.
